What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years of diesel tech experience preferred.
- Tools: Bring your own standard tools, we provide specialty tools.
- Self-Starter: You’ll be working independently, so a strong work ethic and self-motivation are key.
- Customer-Focused: You’re not just fixing trucks—you’re representing our brand on the road.
- CDL (Bonus): A CDL is a big plus but not required.
- Adaptable Attitude: Things change out on the road. A flexible, can-do mindset is crucial.

- Pay: $27.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience & performance)
- Hours: 40 hours/week (occasional after-hours may be available but not required)
- Work Location: On the road, in the field – not tied to the shop
